Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s  from your end , you must  notify the same in writing to us. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• These are non- refundable trips as the trip is usually organized in a month’s time. In case you want to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we can help you to reach out to mothers who are on the waiting list to replace you. Refund will be directed from the replacing mother. 

• If for any unforeseen reason, the trip gets cancelled by Tripster Buddies, a complete refund would be made.

• For the international tours, the tour specific conditions would apply (if informed in writing) and will override any of these.
  Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on the next working day (Monday).

Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable.
